Ingredients

  • 2 unites Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup
  • 2 units country bread, thick slices
  • 50 gr blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 red apple, freshly sliced
  • 20 ml honey
  • Hazelnuts
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the French Onion Soups according to the packaging instructions.
  2. In the meantime, roast the hazelnuts in the oven on a baking sheet for about 8 minutes. Set aside after removing from the oven.
  3. Toast the slices of bread.
  4. In a small bowl, toss the hazelnuts with honey. Return to the baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. When caramelized, set aside to cool down.
  5. Garnish with blue cheese, apples and top with caramelized hazelnuts.
