Ingredients
- 1 bag Cuisine Adventures Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Cook the Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers according to the package instructions.
- Finely chop the cilantro and garlic and place in a medium bowl.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime zest and juice, cumin, and salt. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the salt as needed. Alternatively, blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Serve the cilantro-lime dipping sauce alongside the warm Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers.
