Ingredients
- 1 bag (15 pieces) Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Salsa of choice
- 1 small Tomato, diced
- 3 tbsp Red onion, minced
- 1 1/2 cups Corn chips
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Prepare the Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers following the box instructions.
- When safely ready to handle, cut the Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers in half then transfer onto a plate.
- Dollop spoonful sizes of sour cream and salsa on top of Mini Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers, then spread diced tomato, red onion and corn chips evenly on top of that.
- Finally, sprinkle cheese and iceberg lettuce across the plate.
