Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Spanakopita
- 4 oz whipped cream cheese
- 4 oz sour cream
- 4 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 cups kosher dill pickles, chopped (pickle juice reserved)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Ranch seasoning
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
Directions
- Prepare the Spanakopita following box instructions.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream and yogurt. Whip using a mixer until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well-incorporated and adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of pickle juice until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve dip beside Spanakopita.
For the best texture, chill the dip for 10 to 15 minutes before serving so the flavors meld and the dip thickens slightly.
