Ingredients
- 1 tray (12 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Spanakopita
- 150 to 200 g of mozzarella (sliced)
Preparation Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking dish, bake Spanakopita according to the packaging instructions. Set aside.
- In a baking tray, overlap Spanakopita and mozzarella slices.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and colored.
- Let cool down 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
