Put a delicious, innovative twist on the traditional Chicago-style favourite by spearing our Mini Sausages on a skewer with a cherry tomato, dill pickle and pepper and pairing it with a mustard-mayonnaise dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Cuisine Adventures Mini Sausages
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp celery seed, ground
  • 1 tsp poppyseeds
  • 4 pieces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 dill pickle, diced
  • 8 pieces sport peppers or pepperoncini

Directions

  1. Prepare the Mini Sausages according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Whisk mustard, mayonnaise, salt, celery seed and poppyseeds in a bowl until well-combined.
  3. Skewer a cherry tomato half, followed by a dill pickle and then pepper. Stick on top of each Mini Sausage.
  4. Serve dipping sauce beside Mini Sausages.
