Ingredients

  • 15 pieces Cuisine Adventures Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers
  • 1 basket cherry tomato, cut in 4
  • 1 cup (250 ml) corn, thawed or cans
  • 1 unit avocado, ripe and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 unit red onion, thinly diced
  • 1 unit lime juice
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, freshly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the Green Chile Chicken Firecrackers according to package directions.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all the veggies together. Add the lime and oil to coat the veggies and season.
  3. Serve alongside firecrackers.
