Egg & Cheese Bites Sandwich with Everything Bagel Keto Bread

Roasted Red Pepper Egg & Cheese Bites

This satisfying, anytime meal starts with easy-to-make keto bread with everything bagel seasoning and builds an amazing sandwich piled with cheese, crispy bacon slices and our Egg & Cheese Bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cuisine Adventures Egg and Cheese Bite
  • 1 slice American or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Bacon, cooked

Everything Bagel Keto Bread

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Olive oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Coconut flour
  • As needed non-stick spray
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Everything bagel seasoning

Preparation Instructions

  1. To make the keto bread, whisk together olive oil and egg in a small bowl until fully incorporated. Sprinkle in baking powder and salt, followed by coconut flour. Allow to sit for 2 minutes to absorb.
  2. Spray a round and flat microwave safe bowl with non-stick spray. Pour batter into bowl and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Allow to cool, then carefully slice through the center to create two sides.
  4. Heat the Egg & Cheese Bite according to the packaging instructions.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on bottom half of keto bread and top with bacon, Egg & Cheese Bite and other half of bread.
