Egg & Cheese Bites Sandwich with Everything Bagel Keto Bread
Roasted Red Pepper Egg & Cheese Bites
This satisfying, anytime meal starts with easy-to-make keto bread with everything bagel seasoning and builds an amazing sandwich piled with cheese, crispy bacon slices and our Egg & Cheese Bites.

- 1 Cuisine Adventures Egg and Cheese Bite
- 1 slice American or Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices Bacon, cooked
Everything Bagel Keto Bread
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Olive oil
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Coconut flour
- As needed non-stick spray
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Everything bagel seasoning
- To make the keto bread, whisk together olive oil and egg in a small bowl until fully incorporated. Sprinkle in baking powder and salt, followed by coconut flour. Allow to sit for 2 minutes to absorb.
- Spray a round and flat microwave safe bowl with non-stick spray. Pour batter into bowl and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Allow to cool, then carefully slice through the center to create two sides.
- Heat the Egg & Cheese Bite according to the packaging instructions.
- Place a slice of cheese on bottom half of keto bread and top with bacon, Egg & Cheese Bite and other half of bread.
