Ingredients
- 1 opti-pack Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of dry Sherry
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) of Swiss cheese or Gruyere or Mozzarella (optional)
Directions
- Place 1 soup, cheese on top, in a microwave-safe bowl (10 fl oz (300 ml) bowl capacity).
- Add the sherry in the bottom of the bowl before cooking the soup
- Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Stir and heat for 2 minutes more.
- Add more cheese and broil in the oven. (optional)
