Ingredients

  • 1 tray (12 pieces) Spanakopita
  • 6 tbsp (90 ml) Butter, tempered
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh parsley leaves, chiseled

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven following the box instructions.
  2. At the same time, in a small bowl, mix all the ingredients to have a smooth paste.
  3. Then put the bowl in the microwave to melt the mixture slightly.
  4. Prepare the Spanakopita as indicated on the box and, before baking, brush each piece with the butter mixture.
  5. When they are cooked, let them cool a few minutes and put them on a plate.
