Ingredients
- 1 tray (15 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche
- 1 head iceberg salad
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 box (10oz) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Market favorite creamy dressing
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat the Mini Quiches according to the packaging instructions.
- Chop the head of the lettuce in half and then half again, making 4 wedges.
- Plate the wedges and top with onions, tomatoes and dressing.
- Serve with the Mini Quiches.
