Wedge Salad with Mini Quiche

  • 1 tray (15 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche
  • 1 head iceberg salad
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1 box (10oz) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Market favorite creamy dressing
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation Instructions

  1. Heat the Mini Quiches according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Chop the head of the lettuce in half and then half again, making 4 wedges.
  3. Plate the wedges and top with onions, tomatoes and dressing.
  4. Servie with the Mini Quiches.
