Chicken Salsa Mini Empanadas
White meat chicken, Monterey Jack, and salsa in a golden pastry.

Careful the product will be hot!
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place pieces on a baking sheet.
- Heat on middle oven rack for 9 to 11 minutes.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place pieces in a single layer in the basket.
- Heat 4 minutes, shake and heat an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Ingredients
Dough: enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, canola oil, cornmeal, palm and canola oil shortening, dextrose, salt, inactive yeast, soy lecithin, whole milk powder.
