Mini Quiche with Caviar & Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 36 Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiches
• 1 cup (250ml) sour cream
• 4 oz (113g) caviar of your choice (Tobiko, Salmon Roe, Ossetra)
• Fresh chives or dill to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Instructions

1. Bake mini quiches according to package instructions. Let stand 5 minutes prior to decorating.
2. Top each mini quiche with a teaspoon of caviar and sour cream. Garnish with dill and chives.
