Mini Quiche with Tomato Salpicon
Inspired by the classic Spanish recipe, this irresistible appetizer blankets our great-tasting Mini Quiches with a delightful mixture of diced Red Italian tomatoes, black olives and green onions.

- 30 Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche
- 8 Red Italian tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive oil
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Black olives, finely chopped
- 3 Green onions, finely sliced
- To taste, salt & pepper
- Heat the Mini Quiches according to the packaging instructions.
- In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients together, set aside.
- Top each Mini Quiche with Tomato Salpicon.
