  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 8 slices White bread, crusts removed
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare the soup according to the packaging instructions.
  2. During that time, using a rolling pin, roll bread flat (1/4 inch thick). Place a slice of cheese on each bread slice and roll up tightly.
  3. Melt half of the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Working in two batches, add the rolls to the skillet, seam side-down. Cook, turning often, until all the sides are golden and the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Put them aside, repeat with the second batch.
