Ingredients

  • 30 Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche
  • 8 Red Italian tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Black olives, finely chopped
  • 3 Green onions, finely sliced
  • To taste, salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the Mini Quiches according to the packaging instructions.
  2. In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients together, set aside.
  3. Top each Mini Quiche with Tomato Salpicon.
