1 bag Cuisine Adventures Chicken Salsa Mini Empanadas
3/4 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup full-fat mayo
1 each lime, zest and juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
Directions
Prepare the Mini Empanadas according to the packaging instructions.
Finely chop cilantro and garlic and place inside a medium sized bowl.
