Ingredients
- 2 units (opti pack) Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup
- 3 cups leafy green lettuce leaves, cleaned, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped caramelized pecans, store-bought
- 1 each fresh pear, sliced
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt & pepper as needed
Directions
- Heat the soups according to the packaging instructions.
- Prepare dressing: mix together mustard, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Drizzle oil into mix until well-emulsified. Set aside.
- Once soups are almost cooked, mix lettuce, pecans and pears into a medium sized bowl. Drizzle dressing over lettuce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve alongside warming soups and enjoy!
