Ingredients
- 1 box Cuisine Adventures Beef & Cheese Rolled Tacos
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/2 (about 1/2 lb) small red cabbage
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) lime juice
- 1/2 bird chili, finely sliced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
- Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Halves the cucumber lengthwise and thinly slice. Core and very thinly slice the cabbage. Add both to a large bowl, put aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lime juice, sliced chili and sugar. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Add dressing to vegetables and toss well.
- Heat the Beef & Cheese Rolled Tacos according to the packaging instructions.
- Serve the crispy salad with the Beef & Cheese Rolled Tacos.
