Dip Trio for Franks in a Blanket

Good things come in threes with this party-time specialty—dip our tasty easy-to-prepare Franks in a Blanket in your choice of sweet Cranberry Ketchup, zesty Herb Mustard or French Onion Soup Sour Cream.

Ingredients
1 package of Cuisine Adventures Mini Sausages or Parmesan Franks in a Blanket
Cranberry Ketchup
- 1 cup (250ml) cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup (250ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125ml) ketchup
Herb Mustard
- 1/2 cup (125ml) fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon or thyme)
- 1 cup (250ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup (125ml) vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
French Onion Soup Sour Cream
- 1 Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup (defrosted)
- 1 cup (250ml) full fat sour cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
Cranberry Ketchup
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add cranberries and sugar.
- Microwave 1 minute. Stir and microwave 1 additional minute.
- Let cool and blend thoroughly with ketchup of your choosing.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
Herb Mustard
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend well.
French Onion Soup Sour Cream
- Defrost and drain soup.
- Blend with sour cream.
- Salt and pepper to taste while warm, serve.
Serve with Franks in a Blanket.
