Ingredients
- 2 unites Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup
- 2 units country bread, thick slices
- 50 gr blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 red apple, freshly sliced
- 20 ml honey
- Hazelnuts
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat the French Onion Soups according to the packaging instructions.
- In the meantime, roast the hazelnuts in the oven on a baking sheet for about 8 minutes. Set aside after removing from the oven.
- Toast the slices of bread.
- In a small bowl, toss the hazelnuts with honey. Return to the baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. When caramelized, set aside to cool down.
- Garnish with blue cheese, apples and top with caramelized hazelnuts.
