French Style Quiche
Monterey Jack, Swiss Cheese and bacon in a flaky pastry crust
- 18g of protein per quiche
- Individually wrapped
- Microwaves in 2 1/2 minutes
- No artificial flavors
Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Remove all packaging. Do not heat in plastic tray. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Appliances vary. Adjust heating time as needed.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place quiche on a baking sheet and place on center rack of oven.
- Heat for 21 to 23 minutes.
- Place quiche on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel.
- Heat on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Careful, the product will be hot!
