Prepare Mini Sausages according to package instructions. Meanwhile, soak skewers if they’re wooden to prevent burning.
When ready to cook, preheat BBQ to medium-high heat until it’s hot.
Skewer Mini Sausage onto a skewer, followed by a piece of pineapple, then a piece of red pepper and a slice of onion. Repeat process until every skewer is filled.
Glaze each skewer with BBQ sauce, making sure to coat all sides.
Place skewers on the BBQ and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning and continuing to glaze about 3-4 times. Continue cooking until vegetables are cooked through.
