Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Spanakopita
  • 4 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups kosher dill pickles, chopped (pickle juice reserved)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional for extra heat)

Directions

  1. Prepare the Spanakopita following box instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream and yogurt. Whip using a mixer until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well-incorporated and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  3. Add 1-2 tbsp of pickle juice until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve dip beside Spanakopita.

For the best texture, chill the dip for 10 to 15 minutes before serving so the flavors meld and the dip thickens slightly.
