Ingredients

  • 2 units Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup
  • 227 gr (8 oz) White mushroom, sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Garlic, powder or granulated
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Parsley, dry or fresh (chopped)
  • To taste, salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the soups according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, sautée the sliced mushrooms in olive oil. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley at the end.
  3. Garnish the soup with sautéed mushrooms once cooked.
