- 36 Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiches
- 1 cup (250ml) sour cream
- 4 oz (113g) caviar of your choice (Tobiko, Salmon Roe, Ossetra)
- Fresh chives or dill to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Bake mini quiches according to package instructions. Let stand 5 minutes prior to decorating.
- Top each mini quiche with a teaspoon of caviar and sour cream. Garnish with dill and chives.
