Ingredients
- 12 pieces (1/2 box) Cuisine Adventures Butter Chicken Naan Bites
- 1 whole English cucumber, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 1 small jalapeño, deseeded and diced small
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 pinch red chili powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
- Heat the Butter Chicken Naan Bites according to the packaging instructions.
- While the product bakes in the oven, prepare salad: place cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, jalapeño and cilantro in a medium bowl.
- Season vegetables with cumin, chili powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and adjust seasoning accordingly.
