Creamy Corn Chowder
Loaded Potato Soup
Nothing warms a cold winter night like this hearty chowder made with cream, vegetable broth, corn, and for extra potato goodness, our Loaded Potato Soup.

Ingredients
Soup
- 1 Cuisine Adventures Loaded potato soup (defrost soup overnight)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% Cream
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Corn cream style
- To taste Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Diced Ham (Optional)
Garnish
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Minced green onions
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Olive oil
- To taste Salt & pepper
Preparation Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the garnish ingredients; corn, tomatoes, green onions, olive oil. Reserve as topping.
- In a medium sauce pan, warm the loaded potato soup. Mix in the cream, vegetable broth, corn cream and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Upon serving, top with garnish in the middle.
