Fennel & Mixed Greens Salad
Create a perfect lunch combo by enhancing this crispy mixed salad of fennel, red onion, lettuce and arugula with our tasty Mini Quiche Duo.

- 1 tray (15 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche
- 1 1/2 Fennel bulb, sliced
- 1/2 Red onion, sliced
- 2 heads Boston lettuce
- 142 g Arugula
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Lemon juice
- 5 tbsp (75 ml) Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 orange zest
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- In a bowl, toss the sliced fennel and the red onions. Add salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and orange zest. Add the Boston lettuce and arugula.
- Heat the Mini Quiches according to the packaging instructions.
- Serve the Mini Quiches with the green salad.
