Fennel & Mixed Greens Salad

Mini Quiche

Create a perfect lunch combo by enhancing this crispy mixed salad of fennel, red onion, lettuce and arugula with our tasty Mini Quiche Duo.

  • 1 tray (15 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Mini Quiche
  • 1 1/2 Fennel bulb, sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 2 heads Boston lettuce
  • 142 g Arugula
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp (75 ml) Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 orange zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced fennel and the red onions. Add salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and orange zest. Add the Boston lettuce and arugula.
  2. Heat the Mini Quiches according to the packaging instructions.
  3. Serve the Mini Quiches with the green salad.
