2 Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup packets, thawed
3/4 cup Gruyere, shredded
1 1/2 cups Toasted bread or baguette
1 tbsp Fresh thyme, chopped
Directions
In a large oven safe pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium/high heat.
Add the meatballs to the pan and sear on each side.
Add the French Onion Soup packets and bring to a simmer. Cook on low/medium heat until the meatballs are cooked through or reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Top with gruyere cheese and toasted bread, then put under the oven broiler for 3-5 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
