Ingredients

  • 1 tray (12 pieces) Cuisine Adventures Spanakopita
  • 1 cup (250mL) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Bake the Spanakopita for 12 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a separate parchment paper-lined tray, spread 12 parmesan rounds. Place par-baked spanakopita on top of shredded cheese.
  3. Place the tray back in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts and browns.
  4. Remove and allow to cool for 3 minutes before serving.

Serve right away once assembled to keep the tuile crisp and the spanakopita flaky.
